Health Agency

In this assignment it is
required to visit a health agency or

organisation other than the one in which I am working in.

It should go to visit with a number of questions in mind - discovering the
changes made in the last few years, the organizational culture, change
management processes, models of management and leadership, linking some of these
issue to what I have explored in assignment 1. The client is from HK.



The report on the visit should include the following area:

1. An introduction to the alternative organisation.

2. A description of the organisation: "paint the picture" of the

organisation, using sub-headings like its vision, mission, organizational and
management structure, staffing models, human recourse management, financial
management, quality systems and clinical services. It may not need all of
these.)

3. Include a discussion and comment relating to identified changes in the
organisation.





Since you have to know some of the health facility structure, its mission,
management structure , financial management clinical service.
