Social Responsibility

 

Select one of the following questions: 3,000-3,500 words



Consider why an organisation might wish to utilize the concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility in relation to its choice of leaders and the process of managing change.


Consider a recent instance of change within your own organisation and assess what, if any, resistance was offered to that change. Analyse the different forms of resistance observed and offer suggestions for improving future changes.


Analyse the range of methods whereby an organisation could develop potential future leaders? Relate the analysis to some of the challenges facing your current organisation
