FINDINGS AND ANALYSIS

            This chapter mainly presents the results of the survey as they are employed in the SPSS using the One-way ANOVA, Descriptive statistics and T-test. Firstly, the demographic variables of the respondents are addressed in the first part. Then, the three major areas of an airline in relation to the customer complaint behaviour are discussed. Finally, the analysis reveals the correlation between the demographic factors and the customer complaint behaviour.
