This Employee Survey is designed to assess employee opinions and perceptions about Cathay Pacific’s internal communication, working environment, existing resource, and job satisfaction . We hope this findings will give us a clear picture of how well the values identified by the executive group are currently affecting the employees as well as provide valuable information to further develop the company.
Please answer each question as fairly as possible. Moreover, you will be asked to score survey questions twice. This is to give us two measures. We would like to know how important you believe each area is, and we want to learn from your veiwpoints of how well we are doing . Your co-operation will help us to make this survey better and more useful.
