- Balance in market power, fraud and other complications in using the cyberspace are the three major challenges in Internet Advertising that British Airlines is now facing.
Although, the implementation of Internet Advertising in the British Airways is already highly successful, the company should still undergo some improvements, like any other systems. Improving security of their software and website is the most important factor that the company should consider. The other factors that should be improved by British Airways are their accuracy rate in order to be more efficient. The company should also increase the number of supported services in order to maintain their clients. At the same time they should also attract more travelers. In order to achieve this, the airline firm should have proper and wide marketing and advertisement globally. Finally, the company could make use of database as a strategic weapon and new marketing techniques that will give those gains from saving and increased revenues.
