In the transition of business sectors in the call of globalization, the use of information technology enables them to find new ways to communicate with the public that can be used for their long-term success. Websites are said to be the right tools to execute the organization’s agenda. In the marketing department, communications efforts are mostly conducted with very limited resources. On the other hand, the efforts to public relations can be critical in terms of deploying the message in any parts of the world. The turn of the organization to move forward with various opportunities and communications might take time, but with the use of websites as an interactive communication, the information and innovation can be gained and part of the organizations’ journey to gain success. Website should contain the mission of the organization which is important to create attention to the viewers and potential customers. Not all businesses have the same interactive or online needs and we needed to set forth our goals on the front end in order to succeed in a confined budget. The objectives of the organizations should thereby address and can be essential parcel for the success of an organization in interactive communication (Craig, 2003).
