The impact of Human Resource Management on the Organization
The Human Resource Management has become an integral part of most organization especially in business sector for they have created a very strong motivational impact within the organization. In a newly established organization that needs more employees it is the Human Resource Management who recruits and examines applicant’s personality and character before they are hired and this created so much impact on the organization and company. If the Human Resource Management is poor in their selection it is definitely a problem that the company must have to face, errors like nepotism and favoritism is not their task.
After the hiring and selection it is still the duty of Human Resource to train and develop their employee’s about the company rules and regulation, they are one to introduce to their respective department about their duty. Their newly hired employees are treated and examined by Human Resource Management for initiation or evaluation process if they perform well. That is why new employees can be dependent on their Immediate Supervisor and the Human Resource Department until such time they have learned the job.
They even promote goodwill among employees; they are the one who think about rules and regulations that must be implemented including salaries, wages and other benefits among employees. The dependency of employees arises when they have a quarrel on their salary for it is the Human Resource department who compute and analyze their salary and performance of how much worth should be given. Most of the time it’s basis is their schedule while some are given additional benefits for their work performance.
The Human Resource Management together with the Supervisor respectively is the one who does the performance evaluation. This evaluation is the basis for employee’s productivity guide and a scientific document that will serve them as a reference guide of employees if they need to be promoted or punished This evaluation can also be a motivating factor for employees to work hard. Employees want their evaluation to be as good as possible.
Human Resource Management is the ones who decide if an employee should be appraised in their position according to their physical and moral, work production and attitude performance. They take charge of the common problem among employees and their work habit, they are also a councilor of peace if there will be trouble like fighting or misunderstanding of employees inside the company or organization.
Human Resource Management should gain respect in the workplace for they are the one who has become a role model of changes and efficiency at work. Undeniably the acceptance of cultural diversity in the workplace is brought about by perfection of applicable regulations imposed and developed by the Human Resource Management team of every organization. People seems to work harmoniously that coincide a teamwork environment and proper managerial handling in which case the developmental habit of employees are fully recognized and harnessed by the Human Resource themselves. This impact create positive changes to employee’s personality and work performance thus the organizational mission and vision applies and directly adhere to succeed because of their intelligence. The motivational issues is mastered and perfected by the Human Resource Management group so as to teach employees subconsciously to perform the best job they can ever have. In fact they are simply taught to love their job.
The Human Resource Management serves as a lawmaking body to the organization, whatever law they upheld it will be respectively implemented in the company for they are the one who decide such rules. Their decision are based on facts and reality of what decision should be undertake, otherwise employees would inhibit self regulated works or works according to their desire. Some employees take advantage of such rules for low performance to rationalize their inefficiency but this is not the governing ideas of creating such rules.
All this job function of Human Resource guarantees a well rounded personality development of employees although subconsciously the employees may not notice much about their participation since they are focused on their work. The company themselves are highly depending on the capability of most employees especially the Human Resource Department that holds all pertinent documents of employees in time that the higher management may need it. They are the source of workforce and talents if needed. They encompass diligently the challenges of everyday task that may arrive. Their work performance and habit can create a bigger impact in the organization’s overall welfare of the company. Human Resource Management is a silent hero, a teacher and a leader that contributes success to organizations where they belong. .
