On the other hand, there are times that managers must hold a difficult conversation with a particular employee/s. This process needs a direct and honest approach in order to direct and settle the difficult conversation or problem right away with the employee/s. The person/s concerned should get the point that the problem arose from the feedbacks of the clients, co-employees, and supervisors of not meeting the standard expectations of delivery of certain product or service at some point.
